The resort offers a lovely stay surrounded by lush rice fields; it has a great pool, friendly staff, and decent breakfast options. While the rooms are clean, they are quite outdated and in need of some renovation. The location is peaceful but a bit far from the central area, requiring a longer walk or shuttle service to reach shops and restaurants.
I had a nice stay at this resort spa, enjoying the clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely view of the rice fields. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making the experience quite pleasant. However, the breakfast service was a bit slow, and there were some areas of the property that felt a little outdated and in need of care. Overall, it’s good value for money, particularly given the spaciousness and amenities offered.
This hotel provided a lovely and spacious room with a beautiful view of the rice paddies, which made for a peaceful stay. Although the staff were outstanding and very helpful, the breakfast was just okay, and the bathroom and mattresses could use some updating. The location was tranquil and a short drive from Ubud, but the construction noise from one pool area was a downside. Overall, it was good value for money and I'd consider returning.
I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel nestled in the rice fields. The room was stunning and the pools were large and warm, perfect for lounging. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. However, the location was a bit far from the center of Ubud, which might not suit everyone, and there were some issues with service during my stay.
My stay at this resort spa was quite disappointing overall. The location was decent, surrounded by beautiful rice paddies, but unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable, with extensive mold and dirt. The service was lacking in effective communication and professionalism, which further added to my frustration. While I appreciate the shuttle service they offered, there are serious maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
